Principle of responsibility: Responsibility is the obligation of performing the duties assigned. Responsibility is fixed with different positions in the organization. Responsibility cannot be shifted to others. The Principles of responsibility implies that the superior cannot avoid responsibility by delegating authority to his subordinates. He (i.e., the superior) must be held responsibility for the acts of his subordinates to whom he has delegate authority.
