Co-ordination of command: In this technique, the superior or manager by directing, commanding and controlling the efforts, of his subordinates achieves co- ordination. In the words of L.A. Allan, “A manager, in managing, must co-ordinate the work for which he is accountably balancing timing and integrating it.”
