For BMS, 10+2 should be more than 50%.

You have to clear all subjects of 1 semester if and can have at max 2 failed subjects in your marksheet in either sem 1 or sem 2.
In marks sheet if it it is showing F in more than 2 subjects you are not eligible.

MMS is offered by the mumbai university and MBA (PDGBM) is offered by private institutes. With MBA, colleges have more liberty with the course structure while with MMS each college follows the same syllabus structure. That’s the only difference.
