Luckily or Unluckily, when I applied for BMS, there were no Entrance Exams 😉 i.e. in the year 2007 BMS Entrance Exams got cancelled and Mumbai University decided that students can apply for BMS on the merit basis.
So, No, there are no Entrance Exams for BMS Course.

Out of 151 BMS colleges in Mumbai, the Best 5 Colleges for BMS are :-
1) H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Churchgate
2) N.M. College, Vile Parle (W)
3) Mithibai College, Vile Parle (W)
4) Jai-Hind College, Churchgate
5) Sydenham College, Churchgate

Some colleges do. Get in touch with the bms course co-ordinator or principal of the college where you want to take admission.

No, that’s incorrect. You may be told by your professor to refer to a certain set of books. The above books are our recommendations. Your examination questions will vary as per the college you study in and the interpretation of your professor for the given subjects. In BMS you need to have a more holistic and practical approach. Many students choose to have a wider knowledge and refer to the above recommended books by visiting their college library.
It’s wise to not own many books. Rather visit your college library regularly and read up from reference books that cover your syllabus.
