yes, there is entrance exam for st. xaviers which is already over.
Podar is a good college for BMS, you can take up Podar.

No, all colleges do not put 4 lists. It depends on the seats vacant in every college. Yes, you can get into UPG college in 3rd list. Even you can get into Ruparel college as the cut-off is 79.33%. National is a good college but not so sure for BMS.

@sheena, podar is the best college for commerce i.e.bcom faculty. for BMS, SIES is one of the best colleges.

The cut-offs for 2nd and 3rd merit list would reduce to maximum 3-4% and not more than that.
