In the Quacquarelli Symonds World Ranking – Asia, Mumbai University ranks in the 131st position and 17 Indian Universities are in the list of the top 300 institutes. Last year the ranking of Mumbai University was in the 140th position.
In the list, National University of Singapore topped, South Korea’s Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology is 2nd and University of Hong Kong is in the 3rd position.

3) Employer reputation – 10%
4) Citation per faculty – 15%
5) Research paper per faculty – 15%
6) International faculty – 2.5%
7) International students – 2.5%
8) Inbound exchange of students – 2.5%
9) Outbound exchange of students – 2.5%
