1) In the series, the numbers are the squares of numbers 1,2, 3,4 etc. Hence, the next number must be the square of 7 i.e. 49. So, the answer is iv)
2) It is seen that the series is 2(1), 2 (2), 2(3), 2(4).. and hence the next term of the series is 2(6) or 64. So the answer is i)
3) Every successive term is got by adding 6 to its previous term. So the next term will be 34+6 = 40. So, the answer is iii)
4) Every successive term is got by dividing the previous term by 3. So the next term is 27/3 = 9. So, the answer is v).
