Willis just happened, nothing planned. I happened to be done at one place for an interview and was rejected because of not having an IT background. I happened to pass by and saw interviews going on at Willis. I thought let’s give it a try. If it works well and good or else its fine. I would try again next time. Gradually the interview process began and I was nervous but at the same confident. I was asked about myself, my family background, educational qualifications, hobbies, future plans, something about my course and something on insurance. But once the interviews were done, I was rejected because I had refused for night shift. Later that week, I got a call from them that they want an intern in HR and I went for another round of interview. Questions asked in the interview were quite general. I was asked more or less similar questions both the time. I passed 2 interview rounds, gave the test and got the offer the same day and then I worked as an intern in HR for 4 months and based on my performance now, I am working as a full-time employee (permanent) into HR Operations. 🙂
Tip – Even if you have slightest knowledge, be confident in what you answer. You should be able to handle the situation and play smart. Also have the basic knowledge of the company you are going for an interview, it will definitely help.
