The following methods/techniques are normally used in India for the introduction of
participative management:

2)Â Â Â Â Â Joint Management Councils.
3)Â Â Â Â Â Co-partnership.
4)Â Â Â Â Â Employee Directors.
5)Â Â Â Â Â Suggestion Programme/Scheme.
6)Â Â Â Â Â Worker’s Co-operative.
7)Â Â Â Â Â Collective Bargaining.
8)Â Â Â Â Â Job Enlargement and Job Enrichment:
The methods of participative management (noted above) are the different alternatives. Employer and workers can select any one or two methods which are convenient.
