Blanket Permit: Large export organisation like export houses and all forms of trading houses are given the facility of blanker exchange permit, under which lumpsum foreign exchange is provided to meet expenses abroad in respect of:

a)      Market studies conducted abroad

b)      Advertising campaigns in overseas markets.

c)      Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions.

d)      Quality testing expenses abroad.
