Dear Students,

As you may be aware that the paper would be now a 75 marks one with 2.5 hr duration. There would be 5 units each of 15 marks each. The last question would be a case study. Question 1 to 4 would be from unit 1 to 4 respectively.  No concepts would be asked.

 

Please find the attached list of all possible questions. A set of some important questions from board perspective would be passed on around April mid.

 

Students are requested to go through the entire syllabus. However the tentative questions from every unit are as follows:-

  4. Explain the glimps of all religion in India

Chapter 2

  1. What is Spiritual Intelligence and what are its principles.
  2. What are the characteristic of a spiritual person
  3. How to attain spirituality

Unit 2:-

  1. What is personality and what are the determinant of personality
  2. What are the characteristics of a person with a developed personality
  3. How to attain personality development through yoga
  4. What are the different paths to Yoga
  5. What are the benefits of Yoga

Chapter 4

  1. Explain the 3 gunas and their impact on personality

Chapter 5

  1. What are the types of Karma
  2. What is Purusharth model.
  3. How to achieve your goals

 

Chapter 6

  1. Explain the different Koshas and their impact on our personality

Chapter 7

  1. What is meditation and what is the need for the same.
  2. Explain the various stages of meditation according to Patanjali yoga and what are the benefits of the same

 

Unit 3:-

Chapter 8

  1. Define a leader and what are the qualities of a good leader
  2. Difference between Family managed business and MNC
  3. Explain different types of leadership with examples

Chapter 9

  1. What is motivation and explain the process of motivation
  2. Elaborate Maslow’s need hierarchy theory of motivation
  3. Explain theory X and theory Y
  4. What are different types of RIN
  5. Elaborate on the Indian, American and Japanese styles of leadeship

Chapter 10

  1. What are the different types of society and bring out merits and demerit of staying in a society

 

Chapter 11

  1. Explain the different festivals in india and their importance

Chapter 12

  1. What is learning and what are the different objectives of learning
  2. What are the different types of learning
  3. How does some one learn
  4. Explain the benefits of learning
  5. Difference between ancient and modern system of learning

Unit 4:-

Chapter 13

  1. What is spirituality and what are the benefits of spirituality.
  2. Explain the tool of spirituality
  3. What is the difference between spirituality and religion

 

Chapter 14

  1. What is Maya and what are the different aspects of Maya

 

Chapter 15

  1. What are the different varnas and how did they evolve
