4. Information Technology and System Audit (Module – II): 5 June

5. Financial, Treasury and Forex Management (Module – II): 6 June

6. Ethics, Governance and Sustainability (Module – II): 7 June

7. Advanced Tax Laws and Practice (Module – III): 8 June

8. Drafting, Appearances and Pleadings (Module – III): 9 June

9. Elective (Module – III) Banking Law and Practice OR Capital Commodity and Money Market OR Insurance Law and Practice OR Intellectual Property Rights – Law and Practice OR International Business Laws and Practices: 10 June

Candidates having cleared 10+2 are eligible for the Foundation Programme, those having cleared the Foundation Programme or have completed Graduation are eligible for the Executive Programme. Clearing the Executive Programme is necessary to be eligible for the Professional Programme.

Examinations are held twice a year in June and December and only after clearing the Professional Programme examination a candidate receives Associate Membership with ICSI and may practice as a Company Secretary.
