Tell us about yourself, your background, why did you join BMS  andwhat do you plan to do after BMS ?

I like to play cricket and football. I like to acquire lot of knowledge and want to pursue post graduation after BMS.

How does it feel to be a Topper of the college in Semester exams?

It is a very nice feeling but to maintain the title is very difficult.

Whom will you credit your success to?

My Mom

Did you start preparing from the first day of your  FY

No

How did you study for Sem I?

Rather than studying I believe in the concept of understanding. This helps us to understand the answers.

Which are the easy subjects in Sem I?

Foundation of Human Skills

Any special way of writing the answers? Do you write answers in bullet points or in paragraphs?

Bullet points as well as quantity and quality.

How do you crack case studies in theory and practical subjects?

First I read the case study. Then I read the situation and give my own suggestions in the case.

Did you draw any diagram in any paper? Is it mandatory? Does it help to get more marks?

I draw graphs as well as diagrams because it makes the concept clear.

Any specific study pattern adopted i.e. timetable / how many hours per subject per day etc.?

I study once a week from 2 weeks before the exam.

How do you fight against mood swings and distractions during exam preparation?

It doesn’t give me any distraction as exams are exams.

If you are made the Vice Chancellor of Mumbai University, what changes would you like to initiate in Indian education system?

I would rather focus on papers and studies than attendance.  Students are attending lectures only for attendance and not for studies.

Many students prepare sincerely but constantly live under fear that they are not from big college / not from English medium and eventually lose confidence. What message would you like to these students?

You have to improve your English as it is a global language. Once you have learned it you can answer in your own words.

Through this struggle and success, what have you learned? What is the wisdom of life and competition? What is your message to the upcoming  BMS students?

I do not have any struggle as this is not my age to struggle since my parents are providing me everything. When I work I might struggle to make a good career. My message to the BMS aspirants is that they should take the course only for knowledge as in the corporate they ask for knowledge and not only for marks. BMS covers many subjects

Your feedback for BMS.co.in
